Biography
I speak French, Spanish, some Cantonese, a smattering of Gaelic, and bit of other languages. I am a direct, thirteenth-generation descendant of one of Port Royal's original Acadian settlers.
My first big trip was three years around the world on a shoestring budget. Half of that time was spent working as a journalist in Hong Kong.
